Regarding distribution processing, we make a project budget according to the characters of the products in the beginning period of the project, which includes the following to aspects: One is the budget of capital asserts, and the other is the budget of labor cost and management cost.
In the meanwhile, we should choose the location for processing and warehousing according to the budget. After being approved by the company, the project thus can step to the second stage, which includes the following three aspects:
Firstly, we transport the materials to the factory of the customer for producing. The finished products are packed in bags (one ton in each bag) or bulk cargo. Then we transfer the products to our processing plant by trucks or ISOTANK. After dividedly packing, we transfer the goods to our warehouse for storing. Finally, we transport to the terminal customers.
The Processing of the second period includes the following two aspects:
One is separating bigger packagings of the studded products in to smaller ones. Usually, we separate 1 ton goods into smaller packagings of 25kgs each. During separating, we perform mechanized operation by putting bigger packagings into the equipment then acquiring smaller ones. All we need to do is to put the smaller packagings onto the trays. After being manual palletized, we transport them into warehouse. The captioned equipment will need 8 persons. It can separate 60 pallets each day.
The other one is liquid processing. Firstly, we transport the goods from factory to processing spot by ISOTANK. After separating them into different weight barrel by filling machine, we manually palletize them and transport them into warehouse. We usually use ISOTANK as storing barrel for liquid processing. We use pump during separating to stimulate the speed. We can complete approximately 600 tons each day which will need 4 persons to perform. (Man-hours: 8 hours per day)
